If you were a member of the Scheme when it closed for future accrual on 31^st March 2017 and remain employed by the Company, then this section explains the terms which may apply in certain circumstances.

As part of the closure, special terms apply to your pension if you are made redundant from your current period of service and these are detailed in RSA’s redundancy policy, further details can be found on the RSA intranet.

Additionally, you are entitled under RSA’s retirement policy to enhanced pension terms from age 60 if you are still employed by RSA at the date your pension comes into payment - further details can be found on the RSA intranet.
