In November 2020, we held a series of focus groups with a number of our pensioner members so they could share their thoughts and insights on how we communicate.

We would like to thank those members for participating and we appreciate them taking the time to help us improve the member experience. The feedback we received in these focus groups was considered and constructive and we will use this valuable knowledge to shape our communications in future.
