Confirmation of communication to some former members of the J.P Morgan UK Pension Plan

The Trustee has recently contacted some former members of the Plan about the benefits they received upon leaving. If you received an email or letter about this, it is important you follow the steps outlined. If you have not received a communication, you do not need to take action.
Keep in touch
It’s important that we have your up to date details so that we can make sure you receive important Plan information. It’s particularly important that we hold a personal email address as it will be one of the best ways to contact you if you’ve already left the Company or move on in future. You can provide a personal email address on MyPension.
You can contact the Plan's administrator if you have any questions about the Plan, by using the email address jpmukpension@willistowerswatson.com, or by calling: 01737 227589 (open 9am to 5pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, with a voicemail service operating outside of these times).
Please note: when you contact the Plan's administrator, you will be asked a number of security questions to validate your identity. One of these checks will be to confirm your National Insurance number, so please try to have this at hand when you call the helpline.
