It’s now easier for you to access your pension record online

If you have trouble remembering your User ID, we have great news. You can now sign in using your email address – anywhere, anytime!

Our new website sign in process is designed to make it easier for you to access your pension account on any device.

Here’s how to get set up.

No longer working at the bank or unable to single sign-on?

  • On this website’s homepage, sign in and you’ll be prompted to enter your User ID and password.
  • You’ll be invited to register for the new sign in access, by providing and verifying your email address and phone number.

You’ll then be asked to set up a password of your choice. That’s it!

Still working for the bank?

  • Access your pension record, as usual, through the NatWest Group Benefits Hub by clicking the ‘My Pension’ tile.
  • You’ll be invited to register for the new sign in access, by providing and verifying your email address and phone number.
  • You’ll then be asked to set up a password of your choice. That’s it!

Once set up, you’ll be able to access your pension record anywhere, anytime – even when you’re not at work!

If you are at work and accessing your record, single sign-on will still work.

Forgotten your User ID or password?

  • On the sign in page, choose ‘register here’ and you’ll be guided through the steps to get set up.
  • To keep you information secure we will require you to complete some identity checks. You’ll be asked for some extra information including a valid passport or UK driving licence and your National Insurance number, so please have these to hand.
  • You'll also need to provide a photo. You can take a selfie, or if it’s easier, upload a recent photo.

Resetting your password in future

Once you’ve registered, if you forget your password, you won’t need to call the Fund administrator – you’ll be able to reset it yourself online in a few very simple steps.
