If you have additional pension contributions (APeCs), you can now monitor their investment performance on the NatWest GPF App. Log in to find out how to register and link your account to your app.

    Your email should include the last 4 digits of your National Insurance number, postcode that we hold on our files and your Month of Birth as well as your NatWest staff or payroll number and your dates of service if you know these.

    This is available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). When you call us, you will be asked to provide your National Insurance number, address that we hold on our files and your Date of Birth. We may also need you to confirm your NatWest staff or payroll number, or your dates of service, so please have these to hand.
