The Scheme has appointed a new Member-Nominated Trustee Director

April 16, 2026

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen (Steve) Linton to the Trustee Board of the Honeywell UK Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”).

Steve joined the Trustee Board in March 2026 and will work alongside the other Trustee Directors to help ensure the Scheme continues to be run well and managed to a high standard. We look forward to the experience and perspective he will bring to the Scheme.

Meet your new Member-Nominated Trustee Director (MNT)

Steve Linton MND

Steve Linton

Steve is a retired Process Solution – LifeCycle Solutions and Service Business employee, having spent 39 years with Honeywell. Over the course of his career, he held a wide range of roles across the UK, Europe, and globally, progressing from Field Service Engineer to Senior Director of Operations.

Steve has previously served as a Member Nominated Trustee for the Scheme and is also a Member Nominated Trustee for the Honeywell Retirement Plan (HRP).

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and making the most of retirement. Steve continues to play golf and is working on lowering his handicap, regularly attends the gym to keep fit, and values being able to spend more time with his family.

Meet your reappointed MNTs

As part of this year’s MNT exercise, we are also pleased to confirm the reappointment of Ian Browne and Fiona Riddoch for a further term as MNTs. We are grateful for their continued commitment, experience, and dedication to supporting the effective governance of the Scheme.

Trustee Ian Browne

Ian Browne

Ian Browne has been an MND of both HRP (2007-2010) and the Scheme (2010-present). He served as the Commercial Director at Honeywell Control Systems, where he spent many years commercially managing Major Projects and resolving disputes across Europe, UK and the Middle East.

Ian retired in 2019 after 29 active years with Honeywell and was a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB). In addition to the Trustee Board duties, Ian is a member of the Administration Subcommittee, Discretion committee, and he initially reviews any IDRPs within the Scheme.

Outside of his pension duties, Ian is an active golfer, a volunteer lock keeper on the Kennet & Avon Canal at Devizes, cycles regularly, walks in the countryside and skis. He also meets with former colleagues (ex-Honeywellers) twice yearly and seeks to ensure all members properly receive the benefits they are entitled to from the Scheme.

Trustee Fiona Riddoch

Fiona Riddoch

Fiona Riddoch has been an MND of the Scheme since 2020. She is a member of the Administration Sub Committee and various working groups. Fiona worked with Honeywell Controls System Ltd, mainly at Newhouse in Scotland from 1985 to 1999, starting in sensor design and moving through a range of roles in marketing and business development.

She left Honeywell to pursue an interest in product design and launching new technologies, working with several startup companies in Scotland in both the technology and energy sectors. In 2006, she was appointed managing director of COGEN Europe, an industry association based in Brussels, leading the organisation for ten years. She subsequently worked as a business consultant in the UK until retiring.

Outside of work, Fiona is a keen walker and gardener, as well as volunteering with a mental health research charity. She is also a big supporter of the creative arts in the UK.

We would like to thank all members who put themselves forward for the role and took part in this year’s MNT exercise. Your interest and engagement are greatly appreciated.
