Want to make a complaint?

If you have a complaint about matters relating to the ExxonMobil Pension Plan, please address these to the Plan Administrator in the first instance at exxonmobiluk@wtwco.com. If they’re unable to resolve your complaint, or you think the matter should be referred to the Company, please contact BK-HRBC-UK-Pension@exxonmobil.com (active members only), or write care of the Plan Administrator.

If your complaint can’t be resolved by the Plan Administrator or the Company, then the ExxonMobil Pension Plan Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure comes into effect. You can request a copy of the procedure from the Plan Administrator
