If known, the month and year you joined the scheme and if applicable the month and year you left the scheme. Don’t worry if you don’t know this, we can still validate you using the other information.
Your Passport or Driving licence number (we use this information to validate your name, address and other personal information supplied by you against appropriate third party databases and will lead to a ID check footprint).
