Reset your password

If you have previously logged on to My Choices and registered a memorable word, complete the information on the right and then click submit to request an email containing your password. You will need your registered email address and your User ID.

Your registered email address will have been set as your employee email address, though you may have changed this to an alternative email address on My Choices since then. If you have forgotten your User ID, this can also be requested by email.

If you have never logged on to My Choices and have forgotten or lost your login details, you will need to contact the My Choices Helpline at vodafonemybenefits@towerswatson.com or telephone 0845 070 5578 for further assistance.
