Important information about your login : If you are a member of the DC Pension Plan, your USER ID is PENSIONS1 directly followed by your employee number - e.g. PENSIONS112345678. If you joined prior to the move to EVO in 2012 the employee number will be your old number prior to the move.
If you are a former CWW member who joined the DC Pension Plan on 1 December 2013 as an active contributing member, then your USERID will be PENSIONS4 plus your old CWW payroll number (note that if this was preceded by a 'W' or '0' then these characters should not be included in your USERID).
If you are a former CWW member who left the Plan prior to 30 November 2013 (and you have not joined the Vodafone DC Pension plan) then your USERID is CWW plus your reference number as advised in your logon letter dated December 2013 plus the month and year of your date of birth.
