Reset your password

If you have previously logged in to Choices and registered a memorable word, please complete the information on the right and then click 'Submit' to request an email containing your password. You will need your registered email address and your User ID.

Your registered email address will have been set as your employee email address, though you may have changed this to an alternative email address on Choices since then. If you have forgotten your User ID, this can also be requested by email.

If you have never logged on to Choices and have forgotten or lost your login details, you will need to contact the Choices Helpline at eu.flex.societe.generale@towerswatson.com or telephone 01707 607611 for further assistance.
