Member security is very important and to meet the highest password security requirements, your initial password contained a combination of uppercase and lowercase characters, numerical digits and non-alphabetical characters which are all on your keyboard i.e.!, #, ?, -.
The first time you log in you’ll be asked to choose a new password. You’ll need to remember this for future visits to My Pension.
You can change your password any time - just click Change Password which is on the left hand side of any My Pension page.
If you’ve forgotten your user ID, click on the ‘Forgotten your user ID’ arrow which will take you to a new page. Complete the box and an email will be sent back to you.
