If you have previously logged in to ePA and registered a memorable word, complete the information and then click submit to request an email that will allow you to reset your password. You will need your registered email address and your User ID.
If you have forgotten your User ID, this can also be requested by email.
If you have never logged in to ePA and have forgotten or lost your login details, you will need to contact the Administration Team for further assistance.
