Peter George

I am Managing Director of Accenture's UK&I Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). I have been with Accenture for 11 years, predominantly focused on BPO services such as HR and learning Outsourcing, Finance and Accounting, and Insurance Services. I am also Chair and Trustee of Accenture's other UK Pension Plan. I was previously the COO of Xchanging's BPO Insurance sector and have also held a number of senior positions in the Automotive Industry.

Andrew Inchley

I am a Commercial Director based in London and look after the commercial team supporting CMT EALA. I've been with Accenture for 9 years, including 3 spent as part of the leadership team on one of our largest HR outsourcing clients. Prior to joining Accenture I worked for an actuarial consultancy, where I had a range of roles in consulting, outsourcing and commercial leadership. I live in Leicestershire with my wife and four children.

Max Johnstone

I'm a Business Manager based in Milton Keynes and I've worked for Accenture for over 11 years. During my time here I've worked in HR service delivery for O2 and Accenture. My current assignment is with the BT Pensions Team translating pension process changes into commercial contracts. My background is HR, across a variety of sectors; hospitality; local government; retail and banking. Originally from Nottingham, I now live in Milton Keynes with my husband and two children. I have recently decided to study for a pensions qualification, which has proved very helpful in both my roles as had the associated membership of the Pensions Management Institute who offer a wide range of professional development. I am looking forward to leveraging my knowledge in my next 3 years as a Trustee.

Duncan Mears

I am the EALA Resources BPO Sales lead responsible for helping clients realise the benefits of implementing outsourced solutions including Finance and Accounting, Procurement, HR and Learning, Marketing Services and Analytics services. I joined Accenture in 2000 and am involved in the growth strategy of the company's BPO offerings. I have over 17 years BPO experience across EALA and APAC. Prior to joining Accenture, I was European HR Director for Perot Systems and an HR Director for Cable & Wireless where I was responsible for the transformation and outsourcing of the core HR services including resourcing and learning. I live on a farm in Kent with my wife Helen and Lakeland terrier, Hugo. Outside of work I enjoy skiing, scuba diving, mountain biking, country sports and camping around the UK/I.

Anna Darnley

I am an analyst within the Digital Mobility practice, based at the London office. I graduated in 2015 with a First Class Honours degree in BA Chinese & Korean with a minor in Japanese from SOAS, UoL and joined Accenture shortly afterwards. I live in London but am currently on assignment in Tokyo. Outside of work, I am a keen linguist, avid traveler, scuba diver and blogger.

Alexander Millington

I've been working in Capital Markets technology for the last 17 years and I joined Accenture in 2016 as part of a company acquisition. I'm currently a senior manager in Accenture's Capital Markets Trading Platforms Practice. I've been working with pensions for several years - I was involved in setting up and managing pension schemes for my previous company.

Siobhan Gallagher

I am a Managing Director in CMT Sales. I have been with Accenture for 10 years and enjoy working with our client teams across EALA shaping and negotiating large business transformation and outsource deals. I live in London, and outside of work, over the summer months, you will find me on the golf course and in the winter taking any opportunity to ski.

Sarah Cordwell

I am the UKI Payroll Manager responsible for paying our staff across the UK Geography and Avanade employees each month. I have been with Accenture for 30+ years and worked in payroll since 1999. I live in Chislehurst and am married with twin daughters who are nearly 25. Outside of work I have a number of interests including swimming, reading and am currently Assistant Treasurer for my Church.
