If you're a financial advisor
As you probably know, we're unable to give you any specifics on your client's pension benefits without a Letter of Authority in place.
If you're looking for specific information about your client's benefits, they can log in to LIFETRACK where your client can view and manage their pension, including:
- Accessing all Member Handbooks.
- Keeping track of their retirement goals.
- Updating their personal information.
- Reviewing their latest annual benefit statement, payslips (if applicable) and all Group documents.
- Reading all previous editions of Pensions Plus.
Depending on what it is you need, this might be the quickest and easiest way to get the required information.
