    A letter of authority should reference Rothesay and must include the Policyholder's name, Date of birth, National Insurance number and Home address. This must also be signed and dated. A small proportion of the schemes we administer do have additional requirements, the team will contact you should any further information be required.

    If you have submitted the transfer paperwork to the relevant scheme mailbox and have an ongoing query, please continue to complete this form. The relevant scheme e-mail address will be enclosed in the paperwork that has been issued.

    • - The transfer value we will be providing will be an estimated value. If you would like to request a guaranteed transfer value it's important to note that we will only provide one guaranteed quote, valid for 6 months in a 12 month period.
    • - We will not respond to transfer questionnaires as we believe most essential information is contained within the transfer pack or available via the portal. If you request additional information that is available or has previously been provided, we will direct you to this information.

    Depending on the nature of the request, we aim to respond to most queries within 15 working days. If your initial request was raised less than 15 working days ago, we would appreciate your patience whilst our team work on this.

    The team are dealing with unprecedentedly high work volumes but endeavour to respond to requests as quickly as possible.
