Our pension scheme is called The Premier Farnell UK Pension Scheme.

There are three different types of membership in the Scheme:

People who are in the Final Salary section (sometimes known as 'Link')
People who are in one of the Defined Contribution Sections:
- the Money Purchase section (people who joined on or before 30^th September 2013)
- the Auto Enrolment section (people who joined on or after 1^st October 2013)

New joiners are able to join the Auto Enrolment section when they start work (subject to some eligibility conditions). The Trustee of the Scheme is Premier Farnell Pension Trustees Limited and the board of directors is made up of representatives from the company and the membership.
