On 9 December 2025, the Trustee of Nutreco (UK) Pension Scheme invested in an insurance policy with Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC) to secure the Scheme’s liabilities. A communication providing more information about this will be sent to members in early 2026 but please be reassured that this does not change how your benefits are administered – the Trustee remains responsible for paying member pensions and you should continue to contact the WTW administration team with any questions about your pension. In order to enter the policy, the Trustee needed to provide PIC with information about all members and their pension entitlements through the Scheme. Under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulations, this means PIC is a Data Controller. PIC’s Privacy Notice explains more about this and how your information is used by them.
