First we need to find your pension record. To do this, we'll need your:
- Last name
- Date of birth
- National Insurance number
- Current postcode
You'll then:
- Go through an identity verification check using a valid passport or UK driving license
- Choose the email and password you'll sign in with
- Agree to the terms & conditions
- Verify a valid phone number
If we can't find your pension record, we'll make sure you have additional support options to choose from.
After you register your new sign-in details, you'll sign in with your email and password; you won't need to use your user ID to sign in anymore.
If you have multiple records, your new sign-in details will allow you to access all of them after you register.
Your new sign-in details won't overwrite any other contact details we hold on your account.
