We appreciate that for those living with dementia, it may be difficult to focus on big tasks or take in lots of information.
How we can help
If you have, or are caring for someone with dementia, we offer a range of services to make communicating with us a little easier.
- As a standard, we let all customers know about how long it will take to process or complete a request, or if we need anything from you before we can move forward. If you need us to be clearer or remind you of these, just let us know.
- We can arrange to send you a summary of what’s been discussed, any agreements made and the next steps.
There are a number of ways you can contact us. Simply choose what suits you best. You can email us, call us, or write to us.
Contact usPower of Attorney
Appoint someone you trust to support you, or make decisions on your behalf.
In the event you’re no longer able to make legal and/or financial decisions for yourself, having a Power of Attorney in place can provide you and your loved ones with peace of mind.
A Power of Attorney is a legal way of letting someone you trust make importance decisions about your finances and/or your health on your behalf. It helps to ensure your affairs are managed as you’d want them to be.
