We’re here, no matter what degree of hearing loss you’re living with. There are a number of ways to communicate with us. Simply use what suits you best.
Online
If you’re an existing customer, you can log in to the online Pension Portal and contact us via Web chat.
You can email us at info@pru-dbpensions.mandg.com. It’s important to know though, to keep your information private, please don’t send us any personal details via email.Relay UK
This is a free service, helping those with hearing or speech difficulties communicate with us over the phone.
You can download their app for your computer, tablet or phone. Or, if you have one, you can use your text phone and dial 18001 before the number you want to call. You can find out more about Relay UK by visiting their website.
SignVideo
If you’re a deaf or hard of hearing customer whose preferred language is British Sign Language (BSL), you can contact us using a video relay service. The service, provided by SignVideo, connects you to fully qualified, registered NRCPD* interpreter who will relay your conversation to a member of our customer service team. (*The National Registers of Communication Professionals working with Deaf and Deafblind People.)

Before you start, check your system is up to date
The service will work as long as your system meets these minimum requirements:
- Devices: iOS app, Android app, PC or Apple Mac
- Microsoft Edge, Chrome or Firefox (for Windows), Safari for Mac
- Webcam (plugged in or built in)
- Excellent internet speed - for the best experience with SignVideo, we advise having a minimum 2mbps upload and download internet speed.
