Next steps

There are a number of ways you can let us know about the passing of one of our customers.

Online

If speaking to us directly is something you’re not comfortable doing right now, you can use our online notification tool. It’s a quick and easy way to notify us of a death. It should take about 10 minutes to complete.

You’ll need the policy number to use this service, which will be in the format of 'ABC1234567'. If your policy number is not in this format, you’ll need to notify us here instead.

By phone

Please call 01737 230500. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 18:00.

Write to us

If you prefer, you can write to us at Prudential, Sunderland, SR43 4JU or email us at info@pru-dbpensions.mandg.com

To keep your information private, please don’t send us any personal details via email.

You can find out about what to expect once you've notified us of a death, here.
